We are the cleaner choice. What we use to clean our home makes it into our bodies. We use non- toxic, eco- friendly products with certified organic ingredients. This reduces chemicals on surfaces and in your air, keeping your family safe and healthy.  We want you to feel good about your clean home. 

DO I NEED TO PERPARE FOR MY CLEANING SERVICE?

 Yes! We do NOT pick up your stuff and then clean. 

  • Please have your home picked up and ready to be cleaned, so you do not incur additional charges. 
  • Please have your dishes washed and out of the sink. We will not clean the sink if it is full. 
  • Please clear the floor as best you can. It is easier for us to get our job done effectively and efficiently if we do not have to clean around items that are left about. 
  • We DO NOT clean up feces, vomit and other bodily fluids whether it be from people or pets.

Cancelations and Rescheduling

Appointments and services are especially important to us, and we strive to stay on schedule and make our clients happy. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request you follow our policy.


Our Policy:

  • Cancelations made 48 hours before service, will be charged 25% of the reserved services. 
  •  Cancelations made 24 hours in advance, will be charged 50% of the reserved services.  
  •  Deep Cleans require 50% deposit down. Non-fundable at 48 hours prior to service. 
  • In the event of a lockout where we can not access the home, or we arrive and are unable to perform scheduled services, you will be charged 50% of the agreed upon service price. 
  •  In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.


In the event RSU 14 has a school closure due to inclement weather, our business will be closed. We will contact you to re-schedule your appointment.

You will get an e-mail and text reminder two days before your scheduled service.  This reminder will provide the date of service with the arrival window you can expect the cleaning technicians to arrive.

During your home cleaning service, we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

We are a fully bonded cleaning service. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.

 Payment for cleaning services is due the day of service, unless otherwise agreed upon. We take credit card on file and charge after each visit. No missing payments, no late fees, no remembering to leave cash or check.

 We provide all the cleaning supplies and equipment to perform our service.  If you prefer a different product be used, we are happy to use it as long as you leave it out for us and let us know ahead of time.

 No, there are no contracts. The only thing we ask is if you must cancel a regular scheduled appointment, that you do it at least 48 hours in advance. Customer service is important to us and we want to be able to help other's too who may be waiting for services with us.

We ask that your alarm system is disarmed on the day of service so that we can get in to perform services without it going off or it needing to be reset.

While tips in this industry are not expected, it is always greatly appreciated. NEVER feel like you HAVE to tip, and NEVER tip in hopes of receiving better service. You should only tip if you feel you are receiving great service.

We normally work in teams of two although on occasion, we will send a team of three depending on the needs of your home and size.

Majority of our clients are not at home when we come to clean. We will make personal and confidential arrangements with you on how to gain access to the house. Normally a duplicate key is the best solution or the lock code. (if you have one)  We always lock up when we leave. If we are unable to gain access to your house for a regularly scheduled cleaning, you will be charged a Lockout fee of 50% of your service price.

In the event your scheduled appointment falls on a holiday that we are closed or we have inclement weather that prevents us from working, you will be notified and we will contact you to reschedule your service. 


Please have your driveways and walkways cleared and sanded (if needed) so we can access your home safely during winter.
